• She plans to tell everyone as soon as you're officially boyfriend and girlfriend.

Bad Reasons :

• She doesn't think her friends will think you're worthy.
• She's embarrassed to be seen with you.
• She secretly wants to get back together with her ex and doesn't want you to blow her chances.

Ask her what's going on and make your move based on what she says. If it's for one of the bad reasons, then she doesn't respect you and you shouldn't stand for it. Break up with her.
